Working with Jamel to bring the ICO’s vision for our interview to reality was seamless work. Ultimately, our programme reached a broad audience and engaged our stakeholders. As an interviewer, Jamel is knowledgeable, engaging and a natural in front of the camera. His questions were insightful and thought-provoking for me as his guest, which further added to the experience for our viewers. His ability to connect his opinions with my message and the viewers’ engagement provided my office with the platform that we needed to raise the awareness about the work that we do.
Importantly, behind the cameras, Jamel provided hours of advice on the preparation of our programme and strategies for using the content afterwards. His expertise meant that I could focus on our messaging and delivery, and turn the rest over to him.

In 2021 Bermuda College was honoured  to have Mr. Jamel Hardtman as its Commencement Speaker. The Commencement ceremony was held virtually, as the Island was still in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. Mr. Hardtman delivered his address via the Zoom platform, and did so in a way that was both effective and engaging, punctuating his remarks with highlights of his own personal experiences to emphasise his  points. Students were encouraged to work through adversities, and to work hard to give themselves the best chance for success. The feedback received was positive; and I, personally, was appreciative of his candid and inspiring address/words.

Jamel is a pleasure to work with! He understands his clients needs and works hard to produce for them, even under difficult circumstances. He is a great networker, is personable and an asset in many ways.
 

 Each year the Government of Bermuda calls on subject matter experts to guide our students through two full days of learning and engagement around the topic of Digital Leadership.  With 1298 participants, the 2021 Digital Leadership Conference was one of the organizations largest to date.  Jamel Hardtman, one of our  "Home Grown" speakers brought to his workshop years of knowledge and experience and the ability to seamlessly combine his background with valuable content, keeping the kids engaged from the moment he graced the stage. Jamel is an invaluable asset to his industry and the community.
